  4. Thumbs to back of enemies punching hand
  5. Rotate enemy’s arm while stepping back
  6. Bring enemy to knees
  7. Kick with right leg to face
  8. Release grip with right hand
  9. Jumping elbow to back of neck

  1. Step forward (left leg) to joon gool ja see (front)
  2. Bak e so- an e ro mak gi with left yuk soo (ridge) to protect right cheek
  3. Twist to right
  4. Step forward and left pal kum chi (elbow attack) to ribs while stepping
  5. Extend right leg behind enemy’s right leg
  6. Pal kum chi to ribs
  7. Pop right leg into back of enemy’s right knee
  8. Pal kum chi to back of ribs

  1. Step back into yup cha gi chun bee
  2. Crescent kick with right leg to block enemy’s arm with arch of foot
  3. Withdraw kick and lock right foot’s arch with inside of your left knee
  4. Yup cha gi (side kick)

  1. Bak e so- an e ro mak gi with right hand while stepping forward with right
    foot
  2. Extend right arm back then pal kum chi (elbow attack) to ribs
  3. Gahp kwon (back fist) to face
  4. Slide and extend left foot/leg
  5. Right arm “down” fist to groin

  1. Left Bak e so- an e ro mak gi while stepping forward with left leg
  2. Left yuk soo (ridge hand) to protect right cheek
  3. San don gong gyok (high punch) to face
  4. Joong dan gong gyok (middle punch)
  5. Right yuk soo (ridge hand) forearm shiver while stepping forward with right
    leg

  1. Left Bak e so- an e ro mak gi while stepping forward with left leg
  2. Left yuk soo (ridge hand) to protect right cheek
  3. Yuk soo (ridge hand) forearm shive while stepping forward with right leg

  1. Step back into yup cha gi chun bee
  2. Ax kick with left calf striking enemy’s arm
  3. Dwit cha gi (back kick) to mid-section

  3. Grab enemy’s right wrist with right hand
  4. Yup cha gi to enemy’s right knee
  5. Yup cha gi to enemy’s mid-section
