- Extend right leg behind enemy’s right leg
- Pal kum chi to ribs
- Pop right leg into back of enemy’s right knee
- Pal kum chi to back of ribs

- Crescent kick with right leg to block enemy’s arm with arch of foot
- Withdraw kick and lock right foot’s arch with inside of your left knee
- Yup cha gi (side kick)

- Extend right arm back then pal kum chi (elbow attack) to ribs
- Gahp kwon (back fist) to face
- Slide and extend left foot/leg
- Right arm “down” fist to groin
