The chart below is of students taught directly by Dr. Ken Pence to the black belt level.

Ken Pence had several years of Tae Kwon Do experience before meeting Mr. Haw in June of 1970. He started taking TKD from Mr. Haw in August 1970. Mr. Pence helped advertise classes and obtain the training area in Memorial Gym.

Mr. Pence received his 1st dan in 1971, 2nd dan 1973, 3rd 1979, 4th 1985 and his 5th in 1992.

He taught classes in Tullahoma 1972-73; for Mr. Kong 1972-73; and Metro Police Academy 1979-1995
